The IHRSA app is the best way to receive and send communications, view and customize your schedule, and see the Trade Show floor map and exhibitors. The app is accessible year-round outside of specific events, so it is already available to download on your mobile device. NOTE: The IHRSA 2024 event will be published in February 2024.

Feel free to visit the browser version at ihrsa.org/app or search your app store for “IHRSA.”
IHRSA strongly advises attendees to refrain from bringing minors under the age of 16 onto the Trade Show floor. Anyone under the age of 16 on the Trade Show floor is exposed to significant security and safety risks, including death. Furthermore, a minor under 16 may interfere with the business environment of the Trade Show. A Child Waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian and authorized by IHRSA for all minors under 16, and the guardian must accompany the minor at all times while on the show floor. Failure of the guardian to supervise the child's activities may result in removal from the Trade Show. Should said removal occur, there are no refunds for the guardian(s), and the Participating Parties are not responsible for any associated costs to attend the event. Children under 16 are strictly prohibited from the Trade Show floor during exhibitor set-up and dismantle periods.
IHRSA is seeking a small number of event volunteers to help in various roles, from event preparation to session room monitors or writers! This opportunity is available to health club/studio professionals or college students. If you’re interested in volunteering, apply today. IHRSA will evaluate submissions and place accepted volunteers. If you are eligible to volunteer, IHRSA will contact you with next steps by January 5, 2024.
Persons with disabilities or who require special assistance during the event should contact IHRSA at +1 617-951-0055 ext 803 or events@ihrsa.org.
You may obtain a letter of invitation during the event registration process. However, according to the U.S. Department of State, "Visa applicants must qualify based on the applicant's residence and ties abroad rather than assurances from U.S. family and friends. A letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support isn’t needed to apply for a visitor visa. If you choose to bring a letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support to your interview, please remember it is not one of the factors used in determining whether to issue or deny the visa."

If you won't be able to attend IHRSA 2024 and need to cancel your paid registration, please submit your request in writing to register@ihrsa.org by February 6, 2024. Refund requests received by this deadline will be processed with a $100 fee, or you may transfer your registration in full to IHRSA 2025. No refunds will be made after February 6, 2024, or for no-shows. Trade Show passes are also non-refundable. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
