Attending the IHRSA Trade Show has been part of my professional development for over thirty years. It's a must attend for those leaders in the health and wellness space. I highly recommend this event and it is certainly worth the investment.

I met so many cool people who share the same passion for health and fitness as I do. Networking was so easy and fun! The morning workouts were a blast! The lectures and seminars were very interesting and informative. The topics were relevant and the research was current.

Unsurprisingly, IHRSA 2022 exceeded my expectations! The energy and passion for the industry was palpably high. IHRSA staff was extremely accessible and very helpful. Most importantly, learning from and networking with leaders in the fitness industry is truly a remarkable opportunity. I left IHRSA 2022 with a renewed focus on advancing the needs of the industry and growing my business. I can't wait for IHRSA 2023 in San Diego!
