The IHRSA app is the best way to receive and send communications, view and customize your schedule, and see the Trade Show floor map and exhibitors. Our IHRSA app is accessible year-round outside of specific events, so it is already available for download to your mobile device.

IHRSA strongly advises attendees to refrain from bringing minors under the age of 16 onto the Trade Show floor. A minor under the age of 16 on the Trade Show floor is exposed to serious security and safety risks, including death. Furthermore, a minor under the age of 16 may interfere with the business environment of the Trade Show. A Child Waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian and authorized by IHRSA for all minors under the age of 16. The guardian must accompany the minor at all times while on the show floor. Failure of the guardian to supervise the child's activities may result in removal from the Trade Show. Should said removal occur, there are no refunds for the guardian(s) and the Participating Parties are not responsible for any associated costs to attend the event. Children under the age of 16 are strictly prohibited from the Trade Show floor during exhibitor set up and dismantle periods.
