When it comes to ancillary services; however, some owners can be quick to include these services for free or struggle to create and grow strong personal training programs within their clubs. This roundtable discussion will focus on how to evaluate current club offerings, implement, and grow non-dues revenue streams, and ensure that club operators are getting the support from their current billing and software company to do so!
