Like it or not, our industry and your business are greatly affected by legislative issues – whether taxes, regulations or incentives for exercise. That’s where IHRSA comes in as the industry’s “watch-dog”, monitoring and analyzing every single piece of legislation introduced.

This summer, IHRSA took a step back to evaluate these legislative issues – using historical knowledge, legislative tracking and analysis, and intelligence from our in-state lobbyists – to create a report that would give IHRSA members actionable knowledge on legislative trends and how these trends affect clubs in their individual states.

The result is the new IHRSA Mid-Session State Legislative Report for Health Clubs, which we've now condensed into an easy-to-read, digest and share infographic.
